Dishy Duds Designs ships all products with the utmost care and attention to detail.  We also gift wrap every order and will provide a gift card FREE OF CHARGE, just ask.  We ship items via US postal service. Items totaling $20 and under will be shipped first class mail.  Items totaling over $20 will be shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation.  Please note that we cannot be responsible for misdelivered or lost packages.  If you have any further questions on shipping and handling, please feel free to e-mail us the address below:

Domestic Shipping: Domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. Your package should arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date.

!!International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally via global priority mail.   You must send an e-mail to the address above for a quote prior to purchase.

Delivery Time:Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time for made- to -order items.  Orders in inventory are shipped within 1-2 days after payment is complete.  After completing your order, we will notify you of an estimated ship date.

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item, simply mail it back to us within 10 days of receipt in perfect condition, and we will refund the full cost of the item.   This policy DOES NOT APPLY to custom or seasonal items.   A "custom item" is any item which the customer requests a design specific to their needs.
